Mind-Gauge collects limited account information so users can sign in, access their learning profile, and receive account-related support.
Mind-Gauge keeps account information such as name, email address, phone number, and country when users provide it. We may also keep basic account activity needed to operate the service, such as sign-in status, assessment attempts, progress records, and support requests.
We use this information to create and protect accounts, provide assessments and reports, personalize learning recommendations, send password reset or account messages, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and respond to user support or privacy requests.
Mind-Gauge is designed around data minimization. We avoid collecting unnecessary personal details and do not intentionally store sensitive identity, medical, clinical, employment, academic certification, or financial information unless a user directly provides something in a support message.
We do not sell personal data. We do not provide user account information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing. Limited service providers may process data only where needed to run hosting, authentication, email delivery, security, analytics, or support functions for Mind-Gauge.
Users can contact Mind-Gauge to request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some records may be retained for a limited time where needed for security, backups, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving account issues.
Mind-Gauge is educational and family-friendly, but parents or guardians should supervise younger users. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, they can contact us to request review or deletion.
